So many people seem to end the week on their knees. Stressed out by their jobs, by looking after their family or from trying to do both! So tense and exhausted that they can't enjoy the weekend. That they're missing out on the joys in life.
This was certainly how I used to feel. And this is how more and more friends tell me they feel too.
There just seems far too much to do and far too little time to do it in.
That's why I decided to create this new weekly class - ‘Relax & Unwind on Wednesday’ - to create some time and space just for you. One lovely hour in the middle of the week when you can leave all your stresses and strains at the door and just focus on you.
One hour on a Wednesday evening to help you make it through the week. To help you sleep soundly and make it to the weekend with less stress and more energy.
This new class will consist of gentle Dru Yoga, guided relaxations, stress-relieving breath work and very simple meditation. With soft lighting and soothing sounds.
So you can stretch, relax and be ready to enjoy a refreshing night's sleep.
‘Relax & Unwind on Wednesday’ will start on Wednesday 10 October and run for an initial six weeks until Wednesday 14 November. It will be held in the hall of Clifford CofE Infant School, Psalter lane, Sheffield S11.
