Guided Visualization is a style of meditation in which you are taken through a process utilising the creative power of your imagination.

To put it simply, you will be taken on a wonderful journey inside your mind.

We all visualize through the day - whether this is imagining what we’ll eat for dinner, picturing the face of a loved one when we think of them or simply recalling where we parked the car. Creative Visualization uses the natural and innate ability to bring positive benefits.

Many people find this to be a deeply relaxing and restorative experience, leaving them feeling more deeply connected to themselves. It can also help them to both better understand and reconcile issues or challenges they may be struggling with.
