The final series of weekly Dru Yoga and Meditation classes in 2021 begin soon. They offer the perfect way to end your year.

Dru Yoga Classes

In our Marvelous Mondays Dru Yoga class we will be exploring postures, sequences and breath work to help you enjoy the colder Winter months and the busy-ness of the Festive Season with equanimity and peace of mind.

Classes run for six weeks, from Monday 1 November – Monday 6 December, 8pm – 9.15pm.

These classes are live and online via Zoom (with free 7-day replays).

Meditation Classes

In Saturday Morning Meditation we counteract the darker days by exploring the power of light through the ancient practice of candle gazing or ‘Trataka’ and enjoy the restorative qualities of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditative practice sometimes called ‘yoga sleep’. However, the intention is to discover deeper and deeper levels of relaxation by being guided into a state of consciousness between being awake and sleeping.

Classes run for six weeks from Saturday 6 November – Saturday 11 December, 9.30am – 11am.

These classes are live and online via Zoom (with free 7-day replays) to ensure that those students who live outside of Sheffield are able to attend.

Your investment

Both the six-week Marvelous Mondays Dru Yoga and Saturday Morning Meditation are yours for an investment of £60 each per term. This includes all six live and online classes plus your free 7-day replays.

I appreciate that for many the current climate is still financially uncertain, so I am able to offer a payment plan and/or discount for those on low income. Please talk to me if this applies to you.

Rest assured, there will always be a way for you to keep practicing your yoga.

How to secure you place

It’s simple. Just drop me a line to register your interest in joining next term’s yoga and/or meditation classes. I will then share payment details and, if your a new student, a simple intake form to complete. Once these have been received, I will forward the necessary joining links.
