Your NEW Dru Meditation Class

I am excited to announce the launch of a new Dru Meditation Class starting on Saturday 24 April 2021. It will run weekly on Saturdays, live and online via Zoom, from 9-10.30am in fixed terms of mostly six weeks. In these classes you will discover the benefits of Dru Yoga’s uniquely effective approach to meditating that blends together movement, relaxation, concentration and meditation.
