Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set firmly in the ancient yogic tradition and incorporating the latest scientific insights, Dru works on the body, mind and emotions to bring about greater health, harmony and happiness.

The Heal Your Life® workshops, study groups and seminars, and the Teen emPOWERment PlayShops® are based on the internationally acclaimed work of best-selling author and teacher, Louise Hay.

Toby Oliver

Founder & Lead Instructor

I have practised Dru Yoga for almost two decades. My body is much more flexible, my stress levels have dramatically reduced and I sleep far more soundly. What's not to love about that!

Having experienced the remarkable benefits Dru Yoga makes to my own life I decided to train as a teacher. I qualified as a professional Dru Yoga teacher in 2016 after two years' of training. Based in Sheffield, but teaching both in the city and across the UK, I am proud to be the region's only male Dru Yoga teacher.

I became a Certified Dru Kids & Teens™ Teacher in 2018 and am excited to be able to also offer Dru Yoga specifically tailored for young people aged 3-5, aged 6-8, and aged 13-18 .

I am a full member of the Dru Professional Network (DPN.)  Dru Yoga is registered with the Yoga Alliance & the Independent Yoga Network (UK.)

I am the only licensed Heal Your Life® Workshop Facilitator in Sheffield offering adult workshops, study groups and seminars giving you the tools to empower yourself and achieve the success you dream of and deserve. I am also a certified Teen emPOWERment PlayShop® Instructor offering workshops for younger children (aged 12 - 14) and for older teenagers (15 - 18 years of age.) These workshops are especially designed to help empower teens in building self-esteem, happiness and balance in their lives, despite current issues and challenges they may be experiencing.

My qualifications also include; Level 3 First Aid (ITC), and certifications in 7 Windows of the Soul (Sacred Centres) and  Communications in the Art & Science of NLP (Integral Leadership.) I'm a Stonewall School Role Model, speaking in schools across the UK.

I live in Sheffield with my husband and our wire haired Dachshund, Lennie. When not teaching I work in theatre as a producer, performer and promoter. I have appeared on television, radio and in theatres across the UK (including  the West End.) I am currently writing my first book.
